2020 Petit Manseng
This medium-bodied wine has notes of apple, pear, melon, pineapple, and apricot on the nose. On the palate, there is a sparkling acidity and a burst of fresh-sliced citrus and pineapple with perfectly balanced sweetness/acidity, bringing to mind fresh honey drizzled over lemon curd.
2020 Stainless Chardonnay
This stainless, light-bodied Chardonnay has never been exposed to a barrel or malolactic fermentation. It is light with notes of citrus and lemon on the nose and palate. Driven by fruit and floral notes, it is a crisp, zesty, and refreshing summer sipper.
This 100% varietal Viognier has lovely notes of melon, jasmine, peach, and cantaloupe on the nose. On the palate, the medium-bodied wine has a creamy mouthfeel with wonderful tropical banana fruit notes.
This Tannat is a blend of 80% Tannat, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. It features elements of earth, lilac, violet, and black fruit on the nose. They carry over to the palate with a rich intensity, medium-high tannins, and notes of coffee.
2017 L'ESprit de Nova
L’Esprit de NoVA, the Spirit of Northern Virginia, is just that, a blend of Bordeaux-style grapes that are grown at several Northern Virginia vineyards. This blend of 40% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, and 17% each Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of butterscotch, blackberry, rose petals, fig, smoke and cranberry. All the aromas come through on the palate with deep tannins and a lingering finish.
2019 ICOE Selection Limited Reserve
ICOE stands for In Case of Emergency, open bottle. This wine has aromas of red cherry, earth, and leather with black pepper, vanilla, and cranberry that leads to a bright finish on the palate. It is 84% Cabernet Franc, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled in limited-edition, 375-ml bottles.
2014 Left Bank Estate
Our Left Bank Estate is produced using fruit from the vinyeards immediately surrounding the winery. The 2014 is a blend of 47% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, and 6% Petit Verdot, and showcases earthy aromas followed by an integrated palate of fruit, earth, and spice with an oak emphasis on the finish.
