2022 Viognier
This 100% varietal Viognier has lovely notes of melon, jasmine, nectarine and honeydew on the nose. On the palate, the wine has a silky mouthfeel with expressive floral and fruit notes.
2021 Adjacency
Our 2021 Adjacency is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. Black currant, vanilla, and cranberry unfold on the nose before enveloping the palate. This wine culminates in an elegant, earthy finish.
2020 Rusticity
The 2020 Rusticity is a beautiful blend of 38% Cabernet Franc, 33% Petit Verdot, and 29% of Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep notes of plum, bramble, earth, black pepper, and cocoa set the tone for a luscious, full-bodied red blend, leading to an integrated, lingering finish.
2021 Reserve Chardonnay
This wine has complexity that comes from the New World winemaking style. It was partially fermented in new French oak, as well as second-, third- and fourth-fill French oak. Seventy percent of the wine underwent malo lactic fermentation. One whiff of the bouquet brings aromas of banana, a hint of cinnamon stick and green apple that also spill onto the palate.
2022 Rose
This bright, refreshing wine has notes of pear and honeydew melon on the nose. On the palate, racy acidity accentuates the flavors of lemon peel, pineapple, and a melon note before leading to a clean, crisp finish.
